Variant: Cartilaginous Metaplasia in Lipoma (Chondrolipoma)
Diagnostic Criteria
- Lipoma containing areas with true cartilage formation
- May coexist with osseous metaplasia (ossifying lipoma)
Differential Diagnosis
Clinical
- No clinical significance to this pattern
- Several cases reported in breast and pharynx
