Differential Diagnosis
- Lack of epithelial lining effectively separates it from other cystic lesions
- Requires adequate sampling
- Adjacent stroma may be hypercellular, resembling the ovarian type stroma of mucinous cystic neoplasms
- As above, lack of epithelial lining separates the two
