Grading/Staging
- Stratification, nuclear size, prominent nucleoli and frequent mitotic figures would normally justify designation as carcinoma using IPMN criteria
- Limited clinical followup to date has not shown aggressive behavior
- Staging is not relevant unless invasive carcinoma is present
