Clinical
- Nearly always occurs after pregnancy
- Mean interval 2 years
- Rare associations reported
- Oral contraceptive use
- Systemic lupus erythematosus
- Hyperprolactinemia
- Erythema nodosum
- Hard mass
- Usually not subareolar
- Treatment may be excision or steroids
- May recur following excision
