Genetic Analysis
- bcl1 (cyclinD1) negative cases may have cyclinD2 (CCND2) or cyclinD3 (CCND3) expression
- FISH for t(11;14) detects nearly 100% of cases
- Karyotype detects 65% of cases
- PCR for major translocation cluster detects 30-40% of cases
